Speculative Fiction Writer
I have a dialog prompt for you today pulled from the pages of a random book on the shelf beside me. It’s rather generic, but sometimes I find the vague prompts kindle more creative ideas for me than ones that are more specific.
“Perhaps you will be of use yet.”
I’ve got a dialogue prompt for today:
“Stop being an idiot. Everyone knows dragons don’t really eat people.”
“I need to be with someone who actually wants me. And I know that’s not you.”
For an extra challenge, write this as a non-romantic scene. 
Your character has been stranded on a deserted island for years, but they’re not too happy when another human shows up.
“Where’d you steal that?”
“The brown house on the corner. It wasn’t even locked.”
“Oh crap. We are so dead.”
“So, um, can we just pretend the whole kidnapping thing never happened?”
“Don’t you know who I am?”
“Yup. I just don’t care.”
